Hey, I’m Lauren - founder of The Holistic Marketing Agency and your no-fluff, strategy-first marketing partner.
My path into marketing wasn’t traditional. It started on the gym floor as a personal trainer, where I quickly realised something important: being great at what you do isn’t enough if people don’t see, understand or trust it.
That realisation led me into a Business Marketing degree and over seven years of hands-on experience helping small businesses show up online with clarity, confidence, and intention.
Today, I lead a trusted team of creatives and strategists I’ve personally hand-picked - designers, copywriters, web developers, and marketers who are not only talented, but genuinely care about the work they put into the world.
Together, we create marketing that’s thoughtful, aligned, and built on strategy, not just trends.
